Project Description - This was a new 5,000 square foot, ground-up convenience store and fuel station for the Nisqually Indian Tribe. The work included site and civil work, as well as structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and fuel systems.
Nisqually’s Role - Nisqually Construction was responsible for the safety and quality control of the project. Team responsibilities included safety meetings, scheduling activities and crews, closely monitoring costs and schedule, and performing quality control checks.
