Project Description - This project will redevelop the Climate Pledge Arena at Seattle Center that was originally built for the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair. The new venue will offer experiences for NHL and NBA, the WNBA’s Seattle Storm, concerts and other entertainment events. The existing arena will be completely renovated, including interior demolition, significant excavation, an access tunnel, parking garage, and landscaping.
Nisqually’s Role - Nisqually Construction provided construction services for the site work. This included excavation, utility relocation and new utility work.
